1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LocalLift AI's website (localliftai.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LocalLift AI provides an AI-powered local visibility platform designed for contractors and home service businesses. Our services include:

  • Google Business Profile optimization and management
  • Online review monitoring and AI-drafted review responses
  • AI-generated marketing content from job photos
  • Visibility score tracking and SEO health checks
  • Review request link generation
  • Competitor visibility tracking

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for the free visibility audit.
  • Pricing: After the trial, services are billed based on your selected plan: Starter ($97/month), Pro ($247/month), or Growth ($497/month). Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. No contracts. No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Failed Payments: We may suspend services until payment is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Post fake reviews or misleading business information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Reverse-engineer our proprietary technology

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate marketing content, review response drafts, and visibility reports. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or visibility scores.

7. Google Business Profile Access

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize LocalLift AI to access and manage your profile on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by canceling your subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content and functionality are owned by LocalLift AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated for your business using your photos and information is yours to use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, or business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

LocalLift AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalLift AI from claims arising from your use of our services, including any content you publish using our platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.
